Legacy Real Estate Ventures, (LREV) is a real estate investment firm that specializes in acquiring off-market commercial properties such as multifamily, medical office, and self-storage, along with residential and industrial land development projects for the purpose of either wholesaling, flipping, or holding them long-term.

The Founders of LREV are two successful, seasoned residential and commercial real estate professionals, with over 20 years of combined experience working with, and as investors. Additionally, they have over 10 years of experience serving clients with property management services.

What do we do:

LREV specializes in acquiring off-market commercial properties such as, multifamily, medical office, and self-storage, along with residential and industrial land development projects for the purpose of either wholesaling, flipping, or holding them long-term.

Where do we do it:

LREV is currently focused on acquiring properties in Georgia and its five surrounding states, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, and Florida.

How do we do it:

LREV has become experts at research which allows us to proficiently identify potentially great investment properties. We have honed the art of making contact with owners and quickly gathering vital information necessary to analyze potential deals. We negotiate with a win-win goal in mind. We can quickly move to contract and close swiftly using multiple different exit strategies. For example, wholesaling by way of assigning the purchase and sale contract or double closing; close on the property, renovate, raise rents and sell; or, we might also joint venture with another investor to take down a larger asset for a longer-term hold.

Main types of properties of interest:

We primarily look for off-market commercial properties such as multifamily, medical office, and self-storage, along with residential and industrial land development projects, however, we will look at most any value-add or development opportunity.

No two deals are alike:

Recognizing that each property brings its own unique way of being profitable LREV will never purchase a property with only one exit strategy in mind. In addition to wholesaling, flipping, and holding assets long-term, LREV will always leave room for Joint Ventures and creative deal structuring opportunities.

While we primarily focus on multifamily, medical office, and self-storage, along with residential and industrial land development projects we will entertain most value-add or development opportunities.
